Tuesday, March 2, 2021:

The day was a little slow since I wasn’t feeling my best, but I was able to study a bit and play some Sims 4. At night I joined Nahomy’s Library live and was able to read 2 chapters of The Mary Shelley Club by Goldy Molvdasky but ended up going to sleep early.

Wednesday, March 3, 2021:

Is 1:10pm right now and I’m watching MelRead‘s live and dividing my time between reading and studying. Let’s see how today goes since is Wednesday and I have a lot of TV I enjoy watching today. See you in a bit, hopefully. This book is killing me with the secrets! UGH You’ll see in Sunday’s post what my reaction was to this!

Not only this book is killing me with all the secrets, but the shows I watch are going to drive me insane! Have you watched The Challenge (on MTV)? Well, if you do and you watched tonight episode, let me know what you think. Me? I am SO HAPPY that Devin is out! I cna’t stand him. But I’m sad about what happened to Nam and mad because of the cliffhanger! I know MTV do these cliffhangers when the series is getting intense but… WHY?!

The other show is Married at First Sight, do you know about this one? I watched the first season without missing an episode because it was something weird and new, but then it fell flat for me, OR I forgot when it started and/or what day it was on. This season I have been watching it every week because it is entertaining BUT OMG I WANT TO KICK SO MANY PEOPLE IN THAT SHOW! How can you look at me and tell me your intentions were pure when 2 days after getting married you tell me YOU’RE STILL IN LOVE WITH YOUR EX! Can someone please get him out of the show?! He is so full of himself and thinks everyone has to do what he says when he says it and how he says it. And let’s not forget that he uses God’s word to “protect” him and his actions UGH 🤮 Anyway, I’m going to sleep because I am tired, sorry for the rant about TV shows. See you in a bit.

Thursday March 4, 2021:

Happy World Book Day! Well, I failed at studying today, great for me 🙄. But I joined Beth‘s live show celebrating World Book Day where they played games and trivia, talked, and read. It was really fun but I was just able to stay until the end of the trivia because I had a class.

I’m makng progress with The Mary Shelley Club and OMG this book is picking up pace and I wasn’t expecting it to pick it up so quickly! At least for me it is quickly, since there are SO many books that pick up pace when you have 5 chapters left. I am invested and I want to know what happens BUT I feel like I don’t want it to end… Hopefully I’ll end up loving/liking this book!

Since I’m out of class now, I’ll get away from the computer and enjoy some time reading and watching TV with my grandma. And since on Thursday we watch Prodigal Son, my update will be written tomorrow (but for you, it will be the same day 🤫).

Friday March 5, 2021:

I don’t know what to update you on from last night so, let’s pretend I did 😂 Today was a “slow” day, I wasn’t in the mood to do anything productive therefore I spent the day reading or watching YT. I didn’t do much, to be honest, so I don’t know what to tell you, sorry. I’m going to extend this blog until Sunday since is so short and uneventful.

Saturday March 6, 2021:

I wanted to do so many things today but since I had to wait for someone I spent the day watching TV with my grandma and reading the eARC for The Mary Shelley Club by Goldy Molvdasky. At 12 pm I joined MelReads‘ reading sprints and I was able to get ’til 70% of the ARC and I have to tell you something… I WAS ANXIOUS AND NOT READY FOR THAT! Anyway, is 8 pm now and I’m trying to finish up the rest of the ARC but I don’t really want this book to end!

It is 10:30 pm and I am speechless, this book can’t end this way! No! I want to start it again, it was just wow for me. Now I don’t know what to pick next, but since I am playing a reading game with my boyfriend I need to choose my next read with that (is inspired in the Clue board game), let’s see. Oh, and with finishing The Mary Shelley Club I succeeded in the Mysteryincathon hosted by Mollie from Mind of Mollie.

Sunday March 7, 2021:

Today I have an assignment I need to do, or at least start, I want to watch the NBA All-Star night so I need to get stuff done early. I forgot, I ended up having to read a graphic novel with something you can eat or food on the cover, so I picked up I Think I Am in Friend-Love with You by Yumi Sakugawa I hope I enjoy it. To be honest, this book is exactly what I needed after finishing the last one, is just cute and wholesome and I loved it.

Now I need to work on my assignment while having a video call with my boyfriend and hopefully, I get to write it completely tonight AND before the NBA All-Star Night begins.

Update, I finished my assignment just in time for the skill competition! Yes! And I’m going to join Nidhi‘s reading sprints in half an hour. I rolled the dices of my game and now I need to read a middle grade book with a POC character, therefore I’m going to be reading Amari and the Night Brothers by B.B Alston since it is the Middle Grade Monthly pick for March.

Well, the game is over and Gianni Antetokounmpo won the MVP, Kobe Bryant’s, trophy and I can’t be more happy for him! I don’t really like whose team won BUT the theme for this year game was really nice and they won a lot of money for their charities of choice. I ended up reading 4 chapters of Amari and I am really loving this book.
